For more than 2,000 OUM alumni, the month of February was certainly a very special one. Despite continued uneasiness in the seemingly unending Covid-19 pandemic, the University made the most of a small window of opportunity to finally make a special convocation ceremony for the 2020 and 2021 graduates a reality.
Thus, this issue of Contact is dedicated especially to the 2020 and 2021 graduates. Whether or not you were on stage at World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur on 19-21 February, we applaud you and will always be in awe of what you have achieved as learners.

Police officer extraordinaire DSP Dr Mohd Roslan Mohd Tahir, 53, is a pioneering graduate from the PhD (Arts) programme. This father of four from Johor received his scroll at the Special Convocation on 19 February. Read on to find out more about his incredible journey at OUM.
Pizli Mat Wazip, 41, merupakan seorang graduan cemerlang program Sarjana Reka Bentuk Pengajaran dan Teknologi di Majlis Konvokesyen Khas pada bulan Februari lepas. Berasal dari Perak dan kini menetap di Kajang, beliau bertugas sebagai Penolong Naib Presiden di pusat pembelajaran sebuah syarikat perkhidmatan perbankan.
